I see the housing market price downturn hasn’t hit Italy yet.
ACtually, I think it has….800K seems very reasonable for such a large apartment in Venice!
Codger, well, it is more or less the market price for that kind of surface and position. Unfortunately, prices have dropped here as well. However, there are not so many houses with a top floor and an elevator, close to the transportation in Venice, so I bet there are people interested – only problem is finding them. So the post.

Yes, the crisis is in Italy too… Prices have lowered by 10-15% already.
